do I use your shopping system?
Click on the preferred category to see all the available
products.
You can order something by clicking on the order button.
After you clicked on the order button you get an overview of all the
products that are in your shopping basket. At this point you can
decide to continue shopping, to delete items, change quantities or to
check-out.
When you decide to check-out, we will ask you to provide
us the necessary information (like your credit card number and your
address) so we can complete your order. Thanks to our secured
server you can be 100% sure that all information is transferred safely
to us.

you accept checks or money orders?
We do not accept checks but we DO accept money orders.

decide whether or not you want to order your products. Shipping
starts at $3.95. Depending on the weight of your package, we
normally ship your order via USPS parcel post or UPS Ground.
Do
you also ship outside the USA?
We recently stopped selling to other countries due to
the high risk factor.
When
will I receive my order?
We try to ship out all orders within 1-14 days depending
on the availability of the products. Most orders are sent out
within 5 days. Of course you can always
ask us what the status is of your order at any time. Just send an
email to sales@primatestore.com
and
we'll reply within 24 hours!
What
about your return policy?
At Primatestore.com your satisfaction is guaranteed. You
can return any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full
refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.
